James A. DeVengencie, DDS, MS, FACP

Dr. DeVengencie is an endodontist/prosthodontist. He maintains a private practice limited to endodontics in North Olmsted, Ohio. A noted authority in endodontic-prosthodontic interdisciplinary treatment issues, Dr. DeVengencie has been actively involved in clinical and laboratory research in both specialties since 1993. He earned his DDS at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He completed his residency in Advanced Specialty Education in Prosthodontics and also obtained a Master of Science Degree at Baylor College of Dentistry. He completed his residency in Advanced Specialty Education in Endodontics at Marquette University School of Dentistry. He is board certified and a Diplomate of The American Board of Prosthodontics, a Fellow of The American College of Prosthodontists and a specialist member of The American Association of Endodontists. Dr. DeVengencie has presented endodontic and prosthodontic lectures and table clinics throughout the United States as well as authored multiple publications for research and clinical practice.

Dr. David Susko, DMD

Endodontist

I am Dr. David Susko, an endodontist currently based in Cleveland, Ohio. I grew up in the suburbs of  Detroit, Michigan with a large Italian-American extended family.  With a family background in dentistry—my father is a dentist and my mother a dedicated homemaker—I was inspired early on to pursue a career in this field. I also share a close bond with my younger sister.

I earned my degree in Biology at Michigan State University, where my passion for the institution and its sports teams still runs deep. I then attended the University of Pittsburgh for dental school, and it was there that my interest in endodontics began to blossom. Wanting to broaden my expertise before specializing, I completed a General Practice Residency at Ohio State University before returning to Pittsburgh for a two-year residency in endodontics.

After finishing my residency, I moved to Cleveland to launch my career as an endodontist. During this journey, I met my wife and we married while I was still in residency. We are now eagerly anticipating the arrival of our first child, marking an exciting new chapter in our lives.

Outside of work, I love to travel and spend quality time with my family. I also enjoy socializing with friends, cooking, dining out, lake activities, and watching sports.
